A Stately Modern Garden Party in a Historic Naples Estate

Our Bride and Groom, Hillary & Dante, are prominent players in the Naples Scene. Dante, a realtor with the most luxurious portfolio and a reputation of closing some of the largest deals in Downtown Naples, and Hillary of Knot and Tide, a high-end coastal modern interior design firm felt it was most fitting to host their wedding at the most bespoke property in all of Naples, FL. The only trouble was, they had no idea who owned it.

Fast forward a year and Hillary finds herself writing a thank you note to the wife of her husband’s friend to thank them for such a pleasurable outing together. She is in shock when she turns the envelope over to write the address. It’s THE address of her dream wedding venue.

It just so happens that they were in the market to sell this estate and there was no better realtor than Dante. He wrote into the contract that the home could be sold AFTER his wedding on the grounds. The homeowners agreed and the place was ours.

There was no question where the ceremony had to take place with the 80’ lap pool being the center of an arch-filled courtyard, the scene was set. We covered the entire pool with acrylic and lined it with florals for the most dramatic aisle. To complement the couple’s style of effortless luxury we stuck to a pallet of neutrals and accents of black to add that modern yet timeless esthetic.

The cuisine matched the design - effortlessly over the top With five courses including homemade pasta, fresh lobster and a custom spice and oil combination beautifully packaged as favors created by Chef Greg of Tastebuds Custom Catering.

The entertainment for the evening was just as customized with a baby grand piano serenading the bridal party down, a harpist and violin duo filling the air during cocktail, and a statuesque opera singer leading everyone into dinner. After dinner is when the real party kicked off with Dj Jacob of NYC filling the dance floor until the 10 pm city ordinance kicked in and the headphones were disbursed for the silent disco.
